Position	Description
Level 1 Trainer	Provide one-on-one guidance to children, helping them build essential skills in a nurturing setting.
BCBA/BCaBA	Develop and execute behavioral plans, tailoring interventions for optimal child development. Certification Required

Job Requirements

Level 1 Trainer

HS Diploma or GED; strong communication and patience required
Complete interview process and background checks
90-day probation for evaluation
Ability to work one-on-one with children
Reliable Transportation
For part-time: 20 hours/week requirement

BCBA/BCaBA

Certification Required

BCBA certification; 2-5 years experience with autistic children
Strong leadership and communication; skills in assessments like VB-MAPP
Ability to design behavior programs
Reliable Transportation
For part-time: 20 hours/week requirement
